Hiện nay Công ty BUHLER FARMILA VIỆT NAM đang cần tuyển dụng một số nhân viên theo yêu cầu công việc như sau: (vì yêu cầu công việc bằng tiếng anh nên các bạn sinh viên có nhu cầu vui lòng đọc yêu cầu sau bằng tiếng anh)
-     Understand work scope, quantity, and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, manufacturing, and construction disciplines.
-     Understand WBS (work break down structure), working with management and project/engineering team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling cost estimating and cost controlling.
-     Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown.
-     Develop work method of statement or procedure as required.
-     Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS excel, Access, MS Project etc..
-     Develop and update resource (work force and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required.
-   Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (work force, equipment, and materials) availability, production sequences.
-     Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Able to report and analyses deviations from the planning.
-    Track and monitor forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all progresses.
-   Analyse gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern, which required action of the associate task member.
-   Prepare and update four weeks and six months look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities in cooperation with production management
-    Participate all meetings (i.e. schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, review meeting and so on).
